Fall Chandelier

Here's what our dining room chandelier usually looks like. I love it.

Want to know what I love even more? This craft I learned from Sarah at Clover Lane. She taught me how to wax leaves. She also taught me how to create a blog header. Love her.

Check out my fall chandelier....

I gathered the necessary materials.

I followed her instructions, and we waxed some leaves.

Where's my helper?

Oh, here he is...

I liked gathering the leaves with both kids, and I really like how the leaves look on the chandelier. I planned to hang them in the kitchen window, but I like how they reflect off of the mirror in the dining room.

I love the wax leaves! I *vaguely* remember doing this in Girl Scouts? I think? I may need to earn another merit badge and give it another try. ;-)

So...are you and Giada BFFs?

This is a nice project if you can include little helpers. They look so pretty reflecting in the mirror, too.
